Bryan Fiebelkorn
After attending the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology’s Aeronautical Engineering Technology program Bryan’s aviation career started in 1980 in CP Air’s Maintenance & Engineering department. His professional career and experience in commercial aviation has spanned 40 years with Air Canada and its predecessor airlines including 30 years in various management positions; Manager Technical Records, Airworthiness Manager Aircraft Import / Export, Manager Maintenance Quality, Manager Quality Control Standards & Inspection and Regional Manager Operational Airworthiness & Compliance. His skills included aircraft maintenance, modifications and repairs, preparing engineering documents, technical records compliance, airworthiness standards, oversight of aircraft maintenance quality for both line and heavy maintenance, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) standards, vendors oversight, safety investigations and analysis (SMS) and compliance audits. He also has over 20 years’ experience in the technical and commercial aspects for a wide range of aircraft import & export types.
Joy Siy
Technical records trained professional with over 30 years experience in aircrafts documentations. Joy’s aviation career started at Canadian Airlines Technical Records department and was a Technical Records Lead in the lease returns of their DC-10's. Joy’s career continued on in a merged Air Canada in 2000 and worked on the lease returns of their B737's and B747's. In 2007 Joy left Air Canada and established JoySiy Auditing Inc. and performs records reviews for lease acceptances, returns, delivery and audit of various aircraft types including Fokker F70's, B767, CRJ, Airbus and MD80. Expertise includes consolidation and review of engines, landing gears, aircraft components, modification and airworthiness directives for regulatory and contractual compliance. She now brings her wealth of knowledge and expertise to Precise Aerotech.
Keith Smith
Starting out as a licenced aircraft maintenance engineer Keith Smith has spent over 30 years in the airline and MRO industry. Holding a variety of management positions including Maintenance Operation Controller, International Base Maintenance Manager, Airworthiness Auditor, Airworthiness Manager and Manager Production/Planning. With the wealth of knowledge gained in commercial aviation he has spent the last 10 years carrying out aircraft lease transitions which included overall project management, records review, and aircraft inspection.
Lee Stillwell
With over 40 years experience in commercial aviation Lee Stillwell started his career as a licenced aircraft mechanic and progressively working through a variety of management roles including Supervisor Heavy Maintenance, Supervisor Maintenance Planning, Manager Aircraft Programs, Director Customer Support (Technical), Director of Maintenance, moving into the Helicopter Off-Shore industry as Director Strategic Projects & Support and returning to the airline industry handling new aircraft deliveries. With over 20 years experience dealing with lease acceptance /returns, new aircraft acceptances and records reviews along with operational, project management and strategic planning skills he contributes a wealth of technical and operational knowledge and experience to the team.
